Hi All,

I have always been into the offroad scene. I raced SCORE and HDRA when I was younger, in the mid 80's. I have a ranger prerunner that I like to thrash around.
I use to have a bone stock 97 jeep tj on street tires (haha) until my son took me wheelin in his built 85 runner! So I blame him for all of the $$$ I have spent on the tj!
Its now locked front and rear, geared to 4.88s, lifted 5.5in, beadlocks, running 33s for now. I put the 35's I have on the ranger sometimes depending on were we're goin'.

I have only done some easy trail stuff. I feel that I really need to gain some experience before I tackle some of the CRAZY shit you guys do! I'll get there!
Iam not done with the tj yet. saven' $$ for more improvements.

Hope to meet some of you guys sometime!

Cheers! John!

Welcome!
Its good great to see more old off road racers coming around. I also did my
fair share of racing-Score. HDRA, La Rana, Snore, Mickey Thompson chalenger series mid 80s thru mid 90s. Who knows we may have rubbed
fenders before! Welcome aboard.

Thanks for the Welcome!

Iam from and still live in Covina. about 5 min. from the mouth of Azusa Canyon.

Also in the 80's I belonged to a couple of local 4wd truck clubs, "So Cal Mini Stompers", and another club called "Above it All"

One thing I have always taken from anykind of offroading is the camaraderie.

i'll get some pics together for posting soon1

once again thanks for the welcome!

The camaraderie is the best, Had so much fun meeting everyone when I went out to KOH, they really made me feel a part of the bigger family. wav

WOW! As they say its a small world. I grew up in Azusa. that area is my old
"stomping grounds". Moved from there in the the late 80s. We probably already know each other or at least have mutual friends. Hope to see ya out
on the trail some day. coffee2
